Fèves are hand painted, porcelain or ceramic figurines about 2,5 - 3 cm from France.
They are put inside an Epiphany Cake or King Cake (Gâteau de Roi) for the "Epiphany" Holiday (La fête de l'épiphanie ou fête des rois) on January 6th. The person who finds the feve in his slice is king for the day.
This porcelain figurines go by several names: King Cake figures, Epiphany figures, or "Fèves".
